We are Darling Fibers, and We Are Home.

In 2020 we restarted manufacturing lines that powered the industry’s number one brand for decades, and rekindled a commitment to service and collaboration that delivers what you’d expect from a smart domestic supplier. And we are doing it with the future in focus.

As one of the largest domestic producers of high-quality polyester staple fiber for the fabric, garment, and fashion industries, we’re harnessing one million square feet of manufacturing and a strong legacy of quality and service to reimagine our company and the products you make for the circular economy and beyond.

Our Products

Our ambition is as robust as our capacity. With 12 manufacturing lines, we’ve got room to produce a diverse mix of polyester chip and fiber, from legacy staple fiber to polyester that pushes the limits on carbon neutral, recycled, bio-based, and next generation biodegradable.

Darling Fibers currently offers a range of 0.9 – 15 dpf staple products in Superwhite and Semi-dull OB for Knits, wovens, nonwovens and high-loft applications.

Nature-Positive Products

Nature-Positive Products are certified climate neutral to help you meet your sustainability goals for a lighter carbon footprint product.

Sustainably
Yours

Darling Fibers is catalyzing the future of
fiber, built on five tenets:

Product Transparency

We’re building a portfolio of products that are increasingly sustainable, and providing full transparency into everything that goes into what we make – from raw materials to emissions and energy, and from transportation to recycling and reclamation.

Operational Intelligence

We’re committed to leveraging the scale of our manufacturing facilities and our campus to diversify our product offerings in ways that lighten our carbon footprint, and to create an enduring legacy for our industry, the people we employ and the communities in which we operate.

Redefining Innovation

The fiber of the future will push the limits on being carbon neutral, be made in an increasingly energy efficient way and with a variety of sustainable inputs, from recycled to bio-based fiber to next generation biodegradable fiber.

Repurpose, Reuse,
Recycle

It’s not enough to redesign our products, we must also create resource efficiency that respects the planet and contributes to the circular economy, in our factory and through our products.

Doing Better Together

The future of fiber depends on collaboration, with partnerships that accelerate and amplify our R&D, manufacturing and product development pipelines, so we’re opening our 765-acre campus to co-locate compatible enterprises for mutual benefit.

Together with our partners, we are investing in research, development and manufacturing platforms that power an ambitious product development pipeline to produce increasingly sustainable, high performance fibers.

Carbon Neutral
Nature Positive
2024

Darling Fibers is investing in decarbonizing technologies to bring you a zero carbon polyester staple fiber that can further offset your total fabric, or your entire product carbon footprint.

Nature Positive + Biobased
Nature2Nature
2025

We are onboarding new raw materials streams and collaborative partnerships to introduce biobased inputs to our staple fiber, with a goal to pioneer an ocean-safe biodegradable polyester and bring it to market in 2025.

Nature Positive + Recycled
2026

We’re pioneering a sustainable stream of recycled fiber inputs that will deliver on the real promise of the circular economy. Our goal is to produce a minimum 20% recycled content fiber by 2026, moving to 50% by 2028, ensuring an ever-lower carbon footprint and a growing handprint.
